At 3DCrystal.Photos, every crystal is created to preserve a memory that matters. Whether it’s a family photo, wedding moment, beloved pet, memorial, or special gift, we want you to feel excited when you open the package.
Because every crystal is personalized and made specifically from your photo, traditional returns don’t always work the same way as they do for ordinary retail products. That’s why we’ve created a simple 30-Day Satisfaction Promise.
If something isn’t right, contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise
If you experience a problem with your crystal, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Tell us what happened and, when possible, include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Review your original image and crystal design
- Provide an updated design or preview
- Correct an engraving or production issue
- Remake the crystal when appropriate
- Replace an item damaged during delivery
- Provide store credit when a remake or replacement isn’t the best solution
Our priority is finding a fair solution while making the process as easy as possible for you.
What If My Crystal Arrives Damaged?
If your crystal arrives damaged, cracked, or with another shipping-related problem, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Your order number, a brief description of the problem, photos of the damaged crystal, and photos of the packaging when available.
Once we review the information, we’ll determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Please keep the crystal and its original packaging until our support team has completed the review.
What If There Is a Production or Engraving Problem?
Every personalized crystal is individually produced, and we take quality seriously.
If you believe your crystal contains a manufacturing defect, incorrect customization, significant image-placement problem, or another production issue, contact us within 30 days.
Send us a clear photo or video so we can see exactly what you’re seeing.
When the issue is confirmed to be related to our production, we’ll work with you on an appropriate correction, replacement, or remake.
What If I Simply Don’t Like the Final Result?
Personalized photo products are different from standard products because each piece is created specifically for you.
However, we still want to hear from you if you’re disappointed with your crystal.
Send us photos or a short video and explain what you don’t like. Your feedback helps us understand the issue and improve both our design process and future products.
After reviewing your request, we may offer an updated design/remake or store credit up to the value of the original eligible product, depending on the circumstances.
If a return is required, our team will provide return instructions before you send the product back.
Please do not return personalized products without contacting us first.
Personalized Products & Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our crystals are custom-made using the photograph, text, and options selected by each customer, we generally cannot place a returned personalized crystal back into inventory or sell it to another customer.
For this reason, change-of-mind requests are handled differently from defective or incorrectly produced products.
If you’ve simply changed your mind after production has begun or after receiving your crystal, contact us. We’ll review your situation and let you know what options are available, which may include store credit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Made a mistake with your photo, text, size, or other customization?
Contact us immediately.
We may be able to change or cancel an order if production has not yet started.
Because personalized products can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your crystal has entered the production process.
The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of helping.
Natural Variations in 3D Crystal Engraving
3D crystal engraving is a precision process, but small variations can occur between the digital preview and the finished physical product.
Minor differences in positioning, scale, depth, brightness, or the appearance of the laser-engraved points may be normal characteristics of the production process rather than defects.
We evaluate quality concerns individually and will work with you when a variation materially affects the appearance of your crystal.
How to Request Help, a Return, or a Remake
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, the reason for your request, and photos or video showing the issue when applicable.
We’ll review your request and provide the next steps.
If a physical return is necessary, wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping your crystal back to us.
Unauthorized returns may delay processing.
Refunds & Store Credit
When a refund or store credit is approved, the amount will normally be based on the eligible purchase price of the affected product.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, optional services, and other non-product charges may not be refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
Approved store credit can be used toward a future purchase from 3DCrystal.Photos, subject to any terms provided with the credit.
Large, Wholesale & Business Orders
Wholesale, corporate, distributor, reseller, B2B, and high-volume orders may be subject to separate return, remake, cancellation, and quality-tolerance terms.
Where a separate written agreement, quotation, purchase order, or volume-pricing agreement exists, those terms may take precedence over this standard consumer policy.
