We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully be processed or produced.
7. Personalized Product Orders
Most products sold through 3DCrystal.Photos are personalized and manufactured specifically for an individual customer.
You are responsible for reviewing the information submitted with your order, including:
- Uploaded photograph;
- Names and personalized text;
- Spelling;
- Dates;
- Crystal size and shape;
- Quantity;
- Orientation;
- Special instructions; and
- Shipping information.
Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase.
Once production has begun, certain changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
8. Product Images and Previews
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.
However, photographs, digital mockups, animations, previews, and examples displayed on the website are intended to help customers understand the expected appearance of a product.
The appearance of an actual laser-engraved crystal may differ slightly from an on-screen representation because of factors such as image quality, cropping, crystal dimensions, engraving depth, lighting, display settings, and the characteristics of the original photograph.
Minor production variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
9. Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on 3DCrystal.Photos are subject to change.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price presented during checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, technical, or system error.

Where applicable, please contact us within the timeframe specified in that policy and provide photographs or video demonstrating the issue.
